The facilities here are amazing, relaxing hammocks, nature trails, kayaks, and stunning views everywhere. Watching the sunset was nice.

It was just an appropriate option for a hurried visit in McDaniel with good value. The beautiful sunset views from the property were really something special. Be aware of religious displays. they might not sit well with everyone.

i almost thought this place was worth a compliment—until i realized the lighting in hallways was darker than a cave, and a bathtub is not a substitute for a shower. also, it’s absurd that i didn’t even get a welcome gift to ease the pain of my stay! what is this, a discount club?

It was just a prime choice for a momentary visit in McDaniel with real value for money. Loved the fresh apple pancakes at breakfast—definitely a highlight! Take advantage of the beautiful nature trails around the property.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved our room with the beautiful bay view. Breakfast was incredible, especially the homemade egg dishes. Highly recommend checking out the Poplar Island Tours and the Watermen's Appreciation Day for some local fun. The staff truly felt like family by the end!

One negative experience was the pricing for nearby spa services. they felt a bit steep for what was offered. It would have been nice if they were a bit more affordable.

the bugs were a bit annoying. loved the beautiful surroundings, super friendly staff, and the amazing homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast! ! such a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Couldn't recommend more for a date night.

Serene property, picturesque room, with a stunning view of the bay from our private porch where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and the delicious breakfast featuring crab quiche was a delightful start to our day while the nature trails offered a peaceful escape for a leisurely stroll.

Rooms feature private porches, offering the ideal spot for evening relaxation while enjoying the sunset over the water.

The lighting in the hallways and stairs lacks brightness, which could be a concern for those less steady on their feet, particularly older guests. Also, the absence of a shower in some bathrooms might be inconvenient for those who prefer that option over a quaint bathtub.

Enjoyed three nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The breakfasts were fantastic, featuring a variety of options, including delicious bagels. The setting was perfect for relaxation, with beautiful grounds to wander and plenty of spots to take in the serene views of the bay. However, the lighting in some areas could be improved, and there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention during our stay.
